"On January 3, 2018, Oracle® announced its intention to discontinue development of User Productivity Kit® (UPK) ending Premier Support as of April 19, 2019. Infor Enterprise Performance Accelerator Kit (EPAK) is the Infor-branded version of Oracle UPK.
Oracle offers Sustaining Support for the life of its products, as described on its support website.
What will this mean for you as an Infor EPAK customer?
Oracle plans to continue to support UPK through April 19, 2019, at Premier Support levels. After April 19, 2019, Oracle plans to transition the product into Sustaining Support.
Infor will provide our customers continued support for EPAK and EPAK content modules at the same level of support available to Infor from Oracle, as outlined on the Oracle support website.
Customers with on-premise licenses may continue to use EPAK in-line with their current license grant regardless of support level available.
If you are interested in an alternative to EPAK, Infor has partnered with Ancile uPerform to offer Infor User Adoption Platform (UAP). Infor UAP is a cloud-based content authoring and distribution solution. To get more information on Infor UAP, contact your account executive.
